A Tribute to My Principle Kaleem Rehman Rajput

A Tribute to My Principal, Kaleem Rehman Rajput

Every school has a principal, but not every school has a leader like Kaleem Rehman Rajput. At Future World School BTR, he isn’t just someone who runs the school, he is someone who uplifts it. He isn’t just an authority figure, he is a mentor, a guide, and most importantly, someone who truly sees you.

As someone who has always been more on the reserved side, I used to wonder if teachers and principals only noticed the students who stood out, the ones who spoke the loudest or shined the brightest. But Principal Kaleem proved me wrong. He has this incredible ability to notice everyone, even the quiet ones like me. No matter how busy he is, every time he sees me at school, he makes an effort to walk over, smile warmly, and say something that makes me feel valued. In those moments, I don’t feel like just another student, I feel seen.

And that’s the magic of Principal Kaleem. He believes in me, even when I doubt myself. Whether it’s my writing, my academics, or simply being myself, he encourages me to keep going. It amazes me how someone with so many responsibilities still takes the time to make each student feel unique, special, and important. He inspires me to shine in my own way, and I know I’m not the only one.

But what truly sets him apart is the way he lifts me up when I feel down. There are days when I lose focus, when I struggle to stay motivated with my hobbies and passions. On those days, Principal Kaleem never lets me give up on myself. He reminds me that he’s waiting for my next creation, for whatever I choose to bring into the world. His words give me the boost I need to keep going, to push myself, and to create with even more passion.

He understands my nature, he knows that I don’t talk much, that I tend to stay in my own world. But despite that, he always makes me feel like I am the most important person in his life. That feeling is priceless. To know that someone who leads an entire school still finds time to genuinely care about me and my dreams—it’s something I will always cherish.

Under his leadership, our school has achieved 100% results, growing stronger each year. But what makes him truly special isn’t just the academic success, it’s the environment he has created. At Future World School BTR, learning isn’t just about books and exams. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself. He has built a place where students feel motivated, where discipline and creativity go hand in hand, and where every single one of us is encouraged to dream big.

A good principal ensures rules are followed and goals are met.

A great principal, like Kaleem Rehman Rajput, does so much more.

He listens.

He cares.

He guides.

He inspires.

He understands that education is about shaping individuals, helping us grow into confident, kind, and capable people who are ready to take on the world.

What makes him truly extraordinary is his vision. He doesn’t just think about today; he is always looking toward tomorrow. Whether it’s introducing new programs, encouraging extracurricular activities, or pushing us to explore our talents, he is constantly working to make our school even better.

To me, Principal Kaleem isn’t just the head of our school. He is a role model. He leads with kindness, wisdom, and a heart full of dedication. He lifts people up. He makes them believe in themselves. He reminds us that greatness isn’t just about success, it’s about lifting others along the way.

In the ever-changing world of education, having a principal who is approachable, compassionate, and truly invested in his students makes all the difference.

I am proud to be a student at Future World School BTR under his leadership. And I hope to make him proud with everything I do.

Thank you, Principal Kaleem, for believing in me and every single student at our school.

You are the heart of our school, and we are incredibly lucky to have you.

A Tribute to Ma’am Bushra: My Section Head

Some teachers leave an unforgettable mark on their students' lives, and Ma’am Bushra, the Head of Section, is one of those extraordinary individuals for me. She didn’t just guide me academically—she believed in me, encouraged me, and shaped a part of who I am today.

One of the most defining moments of my journey with Ma’am Bushra was when she messaged my mother and said, “I’ve registered Ayan for a creative writing contest, and I want him to write something unique.” At the time, I wasn’t sure what I could create, but her confidence in me made me want to try. I decided to write a poem—my first-ever attempt.

She didn’t just stop at encouraging me; she went above and beyond. She took the time to rewrite my poetry, showing me how to express my thoughts, structure my ideas, and rhyme my words. She taught me the true art of poetry—how to bring emotions to life, how to weave beauty into words, and how to tell a story that touches the heart.

It’s because of Ma’am Bushra that I discovered my love for poetry. She became the reason I started writing, and every time I write today, I remember her lessons. She supported me as if I were her own child, always treating my success as her own.

But our bond wasn’t limited to poetry. I felt so close to her that every time I painted something, my heart wanted to gift it to her. Over time, her office became filled with my paintings, each one a token of my admiration and gratitude. Seeing her cherish those gifts made me feel valued and appreciated in ways I can’t fully express.

As the Head of Section, Ma’am Bushra wasn’t just a leader; she was a mentor who made every student feel safe, secure, and inspired. Her presence radiated warmth and positivity, creating an environment where we could thrive. She understood us, guided us, and always believed in us, even when we didn’t believe in ourselves.

Although I may not have said this to her directly, I want her to know that I will always miss her. In my heart, I deeply appreciate everything she has done for me. Her unwavering support, kindness, and belief in my abilities have left an everlasting impact on my life.

Thank you, Ma’am Bushra, for being more than a teacher and a section head—you were my guide, my cheerleader, and someone who made me feel special every step of the way. I will always carry your lessons with me, and no matter where life takes me, I’ll never forget the role you played in helping me become who I am today.

A Tribute to Ma’am Sundas: My English TeacherA Special Teacher: Ma’am Sundas

When I think of a teacher who has truly made a difference in my life, the first name that comes to my mind is Ma’am Sundas. She isn’t just my English teacher—she’s a guide, a mentor, and someone who has shaped the way I learn and grow. Her kindness, patience, and calm nature make her one of the most special teachers I’ve ever had.

I first met Ma’am Sundas in Grade 3. Back then, she didn’t know me well, but even in those early days, I could feel how warm and welcoming she was. Learning English with her was never boring—it was always fun and exciting. The way she explained things made everything so clear that I rarely had to struggle to remember a lesson. Whether it was grammar, vocabulary, or writing, she had a way of making it all seem easy and interesting.

As time passed, our bond grew stronger, and I became one of her favorite students. What makes her different is that she doesn’t just stick to the textbook—she goes beyond it, bringing real-world examples into our lessons. She teaches in a way that helps us understand the language, not just memorize it.

Her teaching style is something I truly admire. She never forces us to follow strict methods or just read from a book. Instead, she makes learning interactive with stories, discussions, and real-life applications. She understands that every student learns at their own pace, and she never lets anyone feel left behind. Whenever I got stuck, she was always there, guiding me with patience and encouragement, making sure I never felt discouraged.

What I love most about Ma’am Sundas is how natural she makes learning feel. Her energy and enthusiasm keep the whole class engaged, and she never hesitates to explain something as many times as needed. Because of her, I’ve become more confident in my English skills, and I enjoy learning the language more than ever.

Beyond teaching, she has been a mentor who inspires me to keep learning, not just in English but in everything I do. She has played a huge role in making me love the process of learning, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Thank you, Ma’am Sundas, for being such an incredible teacher. Your lessons will always stay with me, and so will the kindness and wisdom you’ve shared. I’m lucky to have had you as my teacher!

My Teacher, Ma'am Maheen

Hello everyone! Welcome to my new blog. Today, I want to share about my science teacher, Ma'am Maheen who is our class teacher too.

Maam Maheen isn't a new teacher for me. She taught us last year too. In grade four she was really off the beat and I don't like her vibe. Science was a swagless subject for me, and I wasn't happy when she became our teacher in grade five because I was a noob in science and I didnt get the A* in science.

This year, Ms. Maheen is different. She is so OP, you can feel the happy energy she brings to the class. Now she doesn't say our class is the slowest in doing work. She takes us to the science lab for practicals, and if we miss any practical, she explains so well that I can easily do it at home.

Now, I'm taking full marks in my assessments, it means that now I've got all the science concepts and I'm a pro now.

One day, she asked me to make a project for the class. I feel so lit/happy to get that chance. I can't wait to start working on it after the Pakistan Spelling Bee contest is over.

Now science is my favourite subject and Ma'am Maheen has become my favorite teacher. I hope she keeps teaching us for many more years.

And whenever you meet her, you will get the super cool vibe too!

Bye for now. See you in the next blog.
